Job Description

The role will involve using SAP, processing aspects of invoices, entering the details on to the ledger, raising PO numbers, Processing PPM’s, logging tasks and closing tasks on Concept, liaising with internal stakeholders, clients and management thus supporting the wider Facilities Management team within Secure Infrastructure

  • Experience gained performing an administration role within a large corporate company
  • Customer focused, with a strong service ethic.
  • Involvement working with Finance packages such as SAP would be a definite advantage.
  • Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Computer literate, confident using Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with PPM’s is desirable.
