  • Checking off invoices and prices to delivery notes (approx. 150 per week)
  • Registering boiler fits on to relevant system
  • Scanning boiler fitting information on to internal system
  • Keeping a credit note register
  • Answering calls and managing reception
  • Coordinating repair works with customers and engineers
  • Vehicle monitoring and management
  • Filing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of Purchase Invoice Procedures is essential Accurate data input  Extremely organised Able to work on own initiative Confident telephone manner Strong customer service skills Fully PC literate and able to use MS Office and Excel  is essential
