Job Description

 

  • Technical Real Estate specific accounting topics such as IFRS 1, vacancy provision, impairments, fixed asset accounting etc
  • Highlight opportunities and risks arising from accounting topics and projects
  • Business Administration support for option comparisons for commercial real estate projects
  • M&A base lining of properties
  • Business Administration interface for commercial Real Estate projects
  • Preparation of documentation for approvals for business, Hub and Global sign off
  • Commercial project definition and preparation, including cost/investment calculations
  • Support in implementation of Real Estate guidelines and principles within responsible countries
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Cover for other Finance Manager’s as required

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in an Accounting and Finance role in an international company
  • CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW qualified (or equivalent)
  • The ability to managing finance in a dynamic and growing business
  • The ability to communicate clearly with different levels of stakeholders across the business
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally
  • Previous Real Estate experience
