Job Description

You'll be playing a key role to help make A&I more efficient and effective at delivering key customer interactions. Using data from our warehouse you’ll be supporting our colleagues and customers resolving queries, investigating complaints and keeping interactions running. Additionally, you'll have an opportunity to identify and implement new and more effective ways of working across the function deploying tools, techniques and methodologies.

  • Managing key cross team initiatives and projects within A&I often spanning a range of stakeholders and subject matters
  • Assuring the accuracy of customer interaction builds
  • Using SQL to interact with the Group Data Warehouse to support colleague queries
  • Investigation of customer marketing complaints to ensure successful resolution
  • Identify alternative working practices, understand their value and deploy appropriately across A&I
  • Understand the A&I business to identify quick-win opportunities in addition to long term improvements
  • Continued learning of tools, techniques and methodologies to help improve project effectiveness
  • Creation and management of education library and information repository of key processes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We're looking for a data professional with:

  • An energetic, self-motivated and inquisitive character with high levels of attention to detail
  • Experience understanding data structure and data bases – previous SQL experience advantageous but not essential
  • Consistent track record of juggling multiple priorities, deadlines and having an organized and structured approach to work
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to communicate clearly and influence at all levels
  • Confident working with ambiguity and making recommendations
  • A desire to test and learn, to work differently to improve how we do things and inspire others to do the same
  • Experience managing colleagues and workflow in a line management context advantageous
