Job Description
  • Provide Essential secretarial and Administration support to the Fee earners
  • Duties include scheduling of appointments, maintenance of calendars, and preparation of external/internal correspondence, coordination of meetings and conferences, and maintenance/filing of documents.
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Look after Billing and Preparation of transaction invoices to client and fee earner specifications.
  • Follow up on late payments as appropriate.
  • Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum 5 years legal secretarial experience in a busy environment
  • Excellent diary management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong MS Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to deadlines
  • Fast accurate typing skills and the ability to turn around documentation in a short timeframe
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
