Provide Essential secretarial and Administration support to the Fee earners
Duties include scheduling of appointments, maintenance of calendars, and preparation of external/internal correspondence, coordination of meetings and conferences, and maintenance/filing of documents.
Travel Arrangements
Look after Billing and Preparation of transaction invoices to client and fee earner specifications.
Follow up on late payments as appropriate.
Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders
Ad hoc duties as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 5 years legal secretarial experience in a busy environment
Excellent diary management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong MS Excel skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to deadlines
Fast accurate typing skills and the ability to turn around documentation in a short timeframe
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
