Job Description
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and accounts administration.
- Management of office facilities of all aspects and liaising with relevant suppliers.
- Administration of accounts including accounts payable, expenses tracking, VAT returns, monthly bank reconciliation, etc.
- Project and tender proposal administration on EU project submissions.
- Liaises with the company accountant and provides support for audit processes.
- Management of travel and accommodation for all staff, including booking flights, accommodation and other travel requirements.
- Acts as Personal Assistant to the Directors, as required
- Provides general administrative support to the team, as required.
