Job Description

It is essential that the successful candidates have experience of using SIMS and or NovaT. Applicants without SIMS experience will not be considered for this role.
This is a varied role which requires you to combine various duties to support the school office and ensure smooth operation of the school. You will be required to be fast paced and able to adapt and adjust when necessary.
The essential skills required for the School Office include:
Previous experience working as a School administrator.
Experience using SIMS and NovaT
Experience of dealing with general enquiries.
High standard of English language (both written and spoken)
Advanced PC and MS Office skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Natural problem-solving ability with a continuous flexible and positive approach
Dealing with enquiries via email, phone and in person.
Helping with ad-hoc office jobs, such as filing or photocopying
The working hours are from 08:30 until 16:00 Monday-Friday. Additional working hours might be required from time to time with prior arrangements. The ability to speak an additional language is advantageous but not essential.
