Job Description
This is an opportunity for someone to build upon their client facing experience within the Investment Management sector. You will expand their horizons from supporting internal clients, to supporting and onboarding new external clients and onto helping prospective clients choose us.
- Providing 1st and 2nd line application support for production issues from initial contact through to resolution, including root-cause identification and preventative action.
- Providing subject matter expertise and use of incident/problem management/prioritization skills in the support of critical Investment business processes from Order management, Decision support and Portfolio management to Performance & Risk analysis.
- Designing and implementing data quality controls to identify incorrect data on securities, funds, positions and trades as it relates to the supported applications. Providing data analysis and SQL support for Investment support activities.
- Analyzing customer business requirements and identifying solutions using the applications and systems available.
- Helping with the training and onboarding of new clients onto the platform.
- Participating in the demonstration of the platform to prospective clients of Amundi Technology.
