You will play a key role in delivering a memorable experience, working with all departments throughout the Hotel to deliver and exceed on guest expectations.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Front of House Manager or Supervisor role in a 4 or 5 star hotel
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Have excellent team management experience and show a keen ability to nurture and train junior members of the front office team
Excellent systems knowledge is essential for this role and you must possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office package.
A team player who is resourceful and self-motivating.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others.
Flexibility is required as role will be 5 over 7 days over 2 shifts 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm
