Job Description

They are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA of equivalent) to join their team ASAP in a newly created role for an initial 6 month contract with the capacity to extend for a further 12 months.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of the year-end audit file and acting as first point of contact for auditors
• Ad hoc project work

This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to gain very broad exposure and will be reporting directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will have a background in FinTech or wider Financial Services with great technical accounting skills.

Due to the urgent nature of this role, candidates on more than 1 months' notice cannot be considered for this role.
