Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated SAP Functional Consultant who has the skills and experience to deliver efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
You will have the ability to influence, build relationships and actively engage across multiple scenarios at a strategic SAP (SME) subject matter expert level, including participation in workshops with a broad range of stakeholders. Individuals should not be afraid to challenge but must be solution orientated with a can-do attitude that supports the business whilst adhering to strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Using SAP knowledge to drive excellent solution design, which adheres to SAP best practice and promotes design principles
• Collaborating with third parties and service integrators
• Engaging directly with Senior Stakeholders to represent and translate complex SAP processes into business language
• Delivering, partaking, and steering workshops with key business partners and 3rd party suppliers to determine the right SAP solution for us
• Leading Cross-cutting teams to deliver strategic and tactical changes for company.
• Offering a hands-on approach while coaching and mentoring others.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Expert-level knowledge of SAP finance modules such as SAP FI and modules within FI-CO
• SAP functional consultancy experience across the whole delivery lifecycle from inception / pre-discovery to deliver and implementation
• SAP standard configuration experience
• Knowledge of the integration touch points between SAP standard and bespoke functionality, as well as the interaction between SAP modules
• Leading Cross-cutting SAP teams
• Experience in the management of senior business partners
• Ability to effectively communicate how project and change requests can address business needs and capabilities
