Job Description
- Uploading applications and inputting them as accurately as possible, prioritizing clean applications and pushing them for decisions.
- Actively liaising with sales agents efficiently to avoid delays in application processing.
- Contacting clients for application clarification and making judgment call on submissions with agent approval.
- Pro-actively chase outstanding information if sales agent requires assistance during busy periods.
- Takes own initiative with outstanding information to be issued to facilitate quick turnaround of cases.
- Monitoring life sales inbox and responding to client emails in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of all the company’s products, services and business objectives.
- Maintain relationships with our Life providers to progress applications easily through to issue stage.
