Job Description

You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to transfer hard-copy data into an internal database.

  • Manage a larger volume of internal documents, including transferring information from hard-copy files to soft copy files.
  • Update an internal database, managing all information in a sensitive manner in line with GDPR regulations
  • Liaise with internal members of the team and provide daily weekly updates on performance and timelines
  • Maintain datasets and up assist with providing administration support to the wider team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 1 year administration or data entry experience
  • Immediate availability
  • Work onsite - no remote/hybrid working possible
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • MS Office skills, word and excel
