Job Description

Your role involves processing invoice payments for business clients worldwide. You must be used to working in a fast-paced environment and excel at customer interaction. Our client requires a person who has experience in a similar role, with strong administration skills, excellent communication and a team player.

  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
  • Ensure that excellent quality service is delivered, ensuring all collections are dealt with in a timely manner in accordance to targets and company procedures.
  • Work closely within a team and to support Global offices.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient action, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Contact business customers by phone and obtain payment of invoices in a timely manner.
  • Provide support with other departments, showing strong team building.
  • Other Ad hoc duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Full fluency in English and German both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role and/or administration
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new software technologies.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
