Responsibilities
- Keeping customers up to date on the build and completion progress
- Arranging and carrying out purchaser appointments
- Liaising with contractors
- Ensuring all apartments are set up for handovers
- Carry out visits for surveyors
- Taking enquires and updating records.
- Report and file all completion forms
The ideal New Homes Sales Adviser should:
- Have front of house customer service experience
- New homes experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate
- Ability to handle and resolve difficult situations
- Be able to work effectively / individually as well as part of a team
- Self-disciplined
- Flexible to work the occasional late hours / weekends.
