Job Description
  • Manage projects and workstreams on complex FS programmes with roles likely to include techno-functional analysis, data strategy, data analysis, solution design, and end to end implementation management. As a Manager you can expect significant people leadership responsibilities and will face off to senior members of client teams.
  • Business development; including the development of long-term trusted advisor relationships with our clients. You will support RFP responses as well as thought leadership that we issue to the market.
  • Manage and track engagement financials and ensure timely billing to clients
  • Develop our people through coaching, talent development, recruitment and formal performance management
  • Ensure internal risk and admin processes are adhered to
  • Managing development of our solutions and supporting tools and methods

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about Data and Analytics and want to assist clients to become truly data driven organizations.   • Previous FS experience in one of: Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance and Wealth and Asset Management
  • Advanced knowledge in at least one of our core capabilities of:
    • Data Architecture & Data Engineering
    • Data Management & Strategy
    • Data Science & Information Analysis
  • Experience of Agile and traditional SDLC delivery methodologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with a diverse set of business and technical stakeholder groups
  • Ability to lead teams and take accountability for delivery
  • A point of view on how the FS industry will continue to evolve and how the technology, innovation and FinTech landscape will shape the future
  • Relevant experience in Cloud Computing Platforms (knowledge of any or all of Azure, AWS and Google would be beneficial)
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrable interest and awareness in emerging technologies
  • Relevant, significant post-education work experience in solving business and analytical problems using quantitative approaches, data analysis techniques for high volume data computation and processing, and SQL in the financial services industry or similar
  • Experience creating new propositions / assets/ solutions and launching these to the market
  • Ideally some hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python or Scala
  • Previous consulting experience
