Job Description
The candidate will assist with the administration of construction contracts across various contract types (FIDIC, Irish Water, Public Works, NEC). They will also be involved in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects for Irish Water and other clients. Duties will include
- Liaison with Contractors, Resident Engineering Staff and Client personnel regarding
- Monthly Reporting for Client
- Attending monthly progress meetings with client and contractors
- Reviewing and certifying Contractor’s monthly Payment Certificate application
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders e.g. LAs, DBO contractors, etc.
- Coordinating & management of Resident Engineers team
- Review of HSQE documentation from contractors
- Coordinating handover document reviews
- Reviewing risk register on minimum of monthly basis
- Reviewing Contactors claims
- Drafting responses on claims from contractor
- Coordinating responses to RFI’s from the Contractor
- Coordinating responses to design submissions from the Contractor
