Job Description
Your primary role will involve answering phone calls to donors, processing donations and fulfilling donor requests by email, phone and post. You will also be required to work with the Office Manager to provide support in arranging meetings and other activities related to our fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact to clients - phone and email
- Manage internal CRM database ensuring details are verified
- Assist Office Manager with general operations and day to day administration
- Manage travel arrangements, transport and accommodation bookings and processing expense claims according to policies
- Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance to other team members
- Ensure inbound calls and emails are answered in a timely and professional manner to maximize customer service
- Schedule meetings
- Take minutes
- Opening, recording and processing post in line with internal policy
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the office manager
