Job Description
What will I be doing?
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and reviews as per the Assurance audit programme or when required
- Compile and review Assurance reports and management information to provide insightful data from which business improvements can be made
- Quality improvement reviews to identify process/business inefficiencies and advise on improvements
- Provide support to the assurance team regarding routine activities such as risk management, business continuity and data protection

- Experienced auditor, capable of acting as lead auditor. Experience of quality improvement, compliance, financial or risk auditing would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail and able to draw conclusions from large data sets.
- Ability to manage projects and process change to plan/budget.
- Excellent planning and time are essential, and you can execute multiple demands against tight timelines
- Strong stakeholder management skills are needed to enable the building of effective relationships across the organisation to support governance review delivery.
- Understanding of business governance frameworks.
- Experience of working to an audit plan creation: Planning audit work; Creating ToR's; Desktop reviews and/or site audits; Report writing; CAPA Management
- Understanding of Business ethics, governance and risk management.
- Solid understanding of quality management principles and techniques (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Risk Management experience, particularly how audit and risk interrelate
