Job Description
  • Accurately, Analyze, record, update and validate on computer systems, all information received from customers, and colleagues, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track any failures or inaccuracies in material provided, and highlight any process issues to Team Leader so that issues can be addressed and appropriate action taken.
  • Handle all queries with regard to your responsible area within Business Support, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure contractual compliance

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
