Job Description
Accurately, Analyze, record, update and validate on computer systems, all information received from customers, and colleagues, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track any failures or inaccuracies in material provided, and highlight any process issues to Team Leader so that issues can be addressed and appropriate action taken.
Handle all queries with regard to your responsible area within Business Support, in a professional and timely manner.
