Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Executive to join this extremely successful business, you will be joining a busy and friendly team and you will have the opportunity to study for an NVQ in Customer Service.

The role will involve;

  • answering phone calls from various clients in a polite and friendly manner
  • logging order details on to the internal system ensuring a strong attention to detail
  • sending out invoices
  • filing
  • dealing with deliveries and solving any delivery discrepancies
  • sorting and sending out post
  • some banking duties

The ideal candidate will have

  • some telephone/customer services related work experience
  • a flexible, friendly and helpful manner
  • a 'hands on' approach
  • the ability to learn quickly
  • great attention to detail

The hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, candidates will need to be flexible to cover the 10am-6pm shift during holidays and sickness. The successful candidate must be able to work one Sunday a month (on a rota basis) from 1pm for approximately 6 hours.

Full training will be given on all aspects of the role; there is also an opportunity to study for the NVQ in customer service within office hours.
