Job Description

The team provide 2nd line support to customers through efficiently and effectively assisting front line care teams in query resolution and the processing of administrative tasks relating to contracts.

  • Supporting the administration of documents within the Credit Control and Finance Support roles
  • Process all incoming requests within the agreed SLA
  • Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders relating to any processes and queries
  • Ensure that all files are filed and distributed accordingly
  • Processing the scanning, indexing, issuing and full administration of all documentation across the Credit and Finance Support Teams
  • Ensuring all systems are up to date relating to specific product processes and payment dates
  • To help support the Direct Debit process through daily reporting, Direct Debit set up, Direct Debit cancellation and amendments
  • Process termination of all vehicles returned within IT Systems ensuring records are accurate
  • Running and processing of Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports.
  • Processing of invoices and any requests for copies of or queries in relation to these
  • Provide relevant information to stakeholders relating to customer accounts
  • Ensure administrative activities are completed within required time frames
  • Ad hoc project work

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Communication i.e. face to face, telephone, e-mail, report writing
  • Excellent time management, planning, organizational and delegation skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Highly competent in Microsoft with particular focus on Word and Excel
  • Develops others by sharing own experience and expertise
  • Above average level of literacy and numeracy
  • Experience working within a finance function, knowledge of the car industry and knowledge of data protection legislation would be advantageous however is not essential.
