Job Description

Within the role, you will be responsible for liaising with customers and suppliers, responding to queries, maintaining and updating records and supporting the sales team with any admin duties as required.

To be successful in the role, the Customer Service Administrator will have to work well on their own initiative, being able to organise and prioritise your own workloads as well as working well with the sales team and wider team, supporting with any admin duties as needed.

Further responsibilities include the management of the company's social media including updates to increase engagement, email marketing campaigns, website administration and CRM database management.

The Customer service administrator role is a full time, permanent role with a salary of £20,000, working Monday to Friday.
