Customer Service Administrator
Job Description
Some of the Customer Service Administrator duties will involve:
- Liaising with both customers and suppliers within the agricultural industry, keeping everyone updated on the status throughout the whole sales process
- Using a variety of mediums such as phone, email and web, responding to queries building an excellent rapport and long-term relationships
- Maintaining and updating transaction records on the company CRM ensuring compliance
- Assisting the team with email marketing and website administration
- Updating the company Social Media promoting the company brand
This position is working Full Time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm earning a salary of £20,000 along with the opportunity to earn commission.
