Job Description
  • Record all collection and delivery activities on system. 
  • Manage database to produce accurate volume and activity reporting.
  • Compile monthly cost spreadsheets and match to invoice
  • Construct monthly management reports
  • Manage compliance and best practice operations in conjunction with Technical Department.
  • Dealing with Customer orders and queries
  • Project work
  • To attend industry events and companywide promotional activities as required.
  • Support the Marketing Department where assets or branding are to be rolled out or implemented.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Recent graduate with science or discipline or at least 5 years’ experience in order fulfilment, logistics or general administration sector
  • Highly motivated and disciplined individual to work in well regulated sector
  • Quality administration skills with good proficiency in use of computer packages
  • Strong personality and good communication skills
  • Own initiative with keen attention to detail
  • Team player
