Job Description
- Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards.
- To demonstrate & explain correct product care to customers
- Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer.
- Making sure optimum stock levels are maintained to ensure jobs can be effectively resolved and completed
- Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, "Right First Time" approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments
- Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device
