Job Description
  • Collaborate with the T&R Team Leader to support L&D strategy and drive the successful implementation of the Operations Plan;
  • Advise L&D administrators on day-to-day LMS usage, leading with best practices for getting the most from the system;
  • Consult with stakeholders across the business to assist them in hosting their content and training programmes on the LMS, including troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues with LMS administrators and users;
  • Work with the online content hosted on the system and help the firm’s Global Service Desk to solve technical issues when they arise;
  • Manage user records in an administrative capacity as the need arises;
  • Work with L&D administrators and programme developers on LMS projects as new modules are released to the Irish firm;
  • Write documentation and training notes for any new LMS modules that are brought on-stream;
  • Use various data analytics tools such as Power BI and Alteryx, to prepare analysis for L&D leadership and business partners from the data hosted on the LMS and elsewhere; and
  • Streamline processes within the L&D team when the opportunity arises.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must have a strong technical mindset, comfortable with working through technical system issues and troubleshooting;
  • Previous experience of working in an administration environment is not essential, but desirable;
  • Will be required to consult with other Irish and Global firm teams, to build relationships and harness shared knowledge;
  • Would be comfortable training other administrators in using the system’s functionality;
  • Excellent analytical skills are required for the reporting aspects of this role, with advanced Excel skills as a minimum requirement;
  • Must be aware of GDPR guidelines and have previously worked with sensitive information and data;
  • Should be focused on detail and accuracy in all things pertaining to their role; and
  • Should be able to flex to different tasks as team priorities change, and be forthcoming in offering assistance to others.
