Job Description

We are looking for dynamic  and proactive Office Administrators to be based within the customer service department, answering the telephone, provide new/potential clients with help and assistance along with guiding calls through to the correct team internally as well as a multitude of other operational tasks.

 It’s NOT a call centre role however having any previous experience will be advantageous and you will be joining a small, busy, dedicated team. Having knowledge of all office software including Excel, Word will be essential to being successful in this role.

Hours are 8:00am - 4.30pm (Monday to Friday)


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in customer services. An excellent telephone manner. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills. A keen eye for detail as accuracy is important. Strong IT skills. Excellent timekeeping and time management skills.
