Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the preparation of the monthly management accounts including reporting packs
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly forecasts
  • Support finance team with query resolution & data analysis
  • VAT reporting, analysis and control (NI business)
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budgets
  • Assist with both internal and external audit queries
  • Participation in various finance projects
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 12 months experience in a financial administrative or similar role.
  • A reliable, professional, and highly motivated individual.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
  • Ability to organize own work to meet deadlines. 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP experience, an advantage)
  • Team player, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with others.
