We're recruiting for a Service Improvement Analyst on 12 month FTC, the role will look at our clients Customer Operations model (contact centre) and see how you can improve processes internally to make sure they run smoothly and as efficiently as possible and also that their customers both B2B & B2C have the best service possible.
Looking at everything from our processes, to recruitment and training of their agents.
Paying up to £40K + 10% FTC allowance.(£44k package plus benefits)
Must have service improvement experience in a contact centre environment.
