we are looking to secure an Admin/Finance Assistant to look after the office capabilities. The responsibilities will include maintaining Databases to handling planned company logistics on a range of large-scale projects.
Skills Required:
Proficient in the use of Office 365 software – specifically but not limited to Word & Excel
Proficient in the use of the Xero online Finance Software to handle the reporting of facts and figures
Proficient in the use of Database Software
Preparation & editing of PDF’s
