Job Description

The duties of the Customer Service Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Producing records 
  • Printing labels 
  • Label changes 
  • Scanning & dispatching orders 
  • Processing orders 
  • Customer service 

 
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within a warehousing, logistics or fulfilment environment. You’ll be tech savvy and ideally have experience of using warehouse management systems or similar, plus an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office. You’ll be hard working, flexible to meet the demands of the business and an excellent communicator.
