Job Description

This is a part-time permanent position. You must be okay with working within an office environment as there is no working from home option. 

  • Setting up and resourcing all sizes of jobs (works)
  • Pricing and costing these works as required
  • Providing office and administrative support to the Contract Managers and Quantity Surveyors
  • Assigning jobs to the appropriate resource
  • Ensuring jobs are completed and within budget
  • Sending completed jobs to the accounts department for invoicing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Senior Administrator or in an Office Management role
  • Proven administration and organizational skills
  • Operate well under pressure
  • Excellent customer service
