Job Description
You will help to design and deliver leadership assessment solutions to our clients’ most pressing business and transformation priorities. For example:
- Maximize user experience - Drive the end-to-end design and delivery of innovative, integrated and high-impact assessment solutions that are truly fit for purpose around our clients’ leadership needs.
- Build excellent client relationships and supporting them with their assessment support needs across engagements.
- Supporting opportunities to develop our assessment offering and go-to-market approach.
- Support in streamlining online assessment processes and procedures.
- Build our in-house assessment database; structuring, managing and mining the data to provide rigorous benchmarking and rich insights.
- Enhance aggregate reporting process and outputs to make them insightful, impactful and linked to development.
- Work closely with our assessment partners to build fully automated insights assessments, improve outputs and assessment experience.
- Innovate new assessment tools to broaden and deepen our leadership offering.
- Build client relationships whilst establishing your own reputation and credibility in the leadership market.
