Job Description
You will help to design and deliver leadership assessment solutions to our clients’ most pressing business and transformation priorities. For example:
Maximize user experience - Drive the end-to-end design and delivery of innovative, integrated and high-impact assessment solutions that are truly fit for purpose around our clients’ leadership needs.
Build excellent client relationships and supporting them with their assessment support needs across engagements.
Supporting opportunities to develop our assessment offering and go-to-market approach.
Support in streamlining online assessment processes and procedures.
Build our in-house assessment database; structuring, managing and mining the data to provide rigorous benchmarking and rich insights.
Enhance aggregate reporting process and outputs to make them insightful, impactful and linked to development.
Work closely with our assessment partners to build fully automated insights assessments, improve outputs and assessment experience.
Innovate new assessment tools to broaden and deepen our leadership offering.
Build client relationships whilst establishing your own reputation and credibility in the leadership market.
Experience with data analysis software(e.g. Excel, Tableau, SPSS)
Demonstrate ability to analyze data, generate insights and present themes and implications to a senior audience.
Experience building and managing client relationships, and confidence working with senior business leaders and stakeholders. Passionate about delivering outstanding service to clients to make an impact.
Demonstrate ability to operate as a consultant, as well as financial and commercial acumen, and/or experience working in a commercial business environment.
Experience supporting and managing client engagements effectively, including identifying and escalating engagement risks.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build internal networks and working relationships within the firm.
Ability to operate flexibly in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates personal resilience.
Able to work independently - a self-starter with a can-do attitude. Excellent organizational skills to manage workload across multiple engagements to plan.
An undergraduate degree. Degrees in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Data and Analytics and Information Technology are preferable.
Innovative mindset and keen interest in newest thinking around human behavior, the future of work, and technology disrupters.
Client management skills, including experience building and managing client relationships.
