Job Description

You will help to design and deliver leadership assessment solutions to our clients’ most pressing business and transformation priorities. For example:

  • Maximize user experience - Drive the end-to-end design and delivery of innovative, integrated and high-impact assessment solutions that are truly fit for purpose around our clients’ leadership needs.
  • Build excellent client relationships and supporting them with their assessment support needs across engagements.
  • Supporting opportunities to develop our assessment offering and go-to-market approach.
  • Support in streamlining online assessment processes and procedures.
  • Build our in-house assessment database; structuring, managing and mining the data to provide rigorous benchmarking and rich insights.
  • Enhance aggregate reporting process and outputs to make them insightful, impactful and linked to development.
  • Work closely with our assessment partners to build fully automated insights assessments, improve outputs and assessment experience.
  • Innovate new assessment tools to broaden and deepen our leadership offering.
  • Build client relationships whilst establishing your own reputation and credibility in the leadership market.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership assessments (e.g. in-depth psychological profiling, leadership insights profiling, 180 or 360 surveys, Psychometric tests, Situational Judgment Tests, volume screening assessments).
  • Experience with data analysis software (e.g. Excel, Tableau, SPSS)
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze data, generate insights and present themes and implications to a senior audience.
  • Experience building and managing client relationships, and confidence working with senior business leaders and stakeholders. Passionate about delivering outstanding service to clients to make an impact.
  • Demonstrate ability to operate as a consultant, as well as financial and commercial acumen, and/or experience working in a commercial business environment.
  • Experience supporting and managing client engagements effectively, including identifying and escalating engagement risks.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build internal networks and working relationships within the firm.
  • Ability to operate flexibly in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates personal resilience.
  • Able to work independently - a self-starter with a can-do attitude. Excellent organizational skills to manage workload across multiple engagements to plan.
  • An undergraduate degree. Degrees in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Data and Analytics and Information Technology are preferable.
  • Innovative mindset and keen interest in newest thinking around human behavior, the future of work, and technology disrupters.
  • Client management skills, including experience building and managing client relationships.
