Job Description
  • Transcribing dictations
  • Save and store documents electronically on firms practice management system (Evolve)
  • Formatting legal documents
  • Filing, invoicing and general admin support
  • Overflow secretarial work
  • Reception cover
  • Prepare and arrange registration of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents including use of the Property Registration Authority website
  • CORT Requisitions on Title
  • Scheduling title documents
  • Preparing Contract for Sale
  • Preparing closing documentation i.e. Family Home and Section 72 Declarations
  • e-stamping

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 2 Year’s+ Legal Secretarial experience in Property
  • Knowledge of a Case Management System, ideally Evolve
  • Digital Dictation skills – 60 wpm+
  • Ability to work on own initiative with good attention to detail
