Job Description

You will shadow the current incumbent who is due to retire early next year, to bridge the gap while we search for a more permanent solution. Your key responsibilities are listed below:

• Management accounting including analysis and reporting
• Produce weekly and monthly forecasts
• Closing the month end - accruals, making sure P&L balance sheet etc all OK
• Reviewing the P&L
• Monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliation review

This immediate requirement will enable the company to appoint a more senior, permanent solution, to whom you will pass the knowledge you have gained from the person retiring.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will have experience accounting within a manufacturing business or service provider, consolidating data and operating in both a hands on and a strategic capacity.

• Experience within a service or manufacturing background
