- Date entry including carrying out Credit Reference checks
- Managing Employer queries and issues to completion in regards to their registration
- Investigate and resolve outstanding Employer and Employee queries where required
- Management of credit applications
- Investigate and resolve queries from our client Customer Support team
- Respond to Transport Operator queries where required
- Create and design financial and statistical reports using MS Excel
- Achieve time critical daily deadlines
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Participate in the sharing of best practices with other units.
- Adhere to security procedures and quality systems
- Complete assigned activities efficiently and to the highest standard
- Undertake training as and when required.
