Job Description

You will be an enthusiastic team player with problem solving and communication skills. You will be required to deliver the highest standard of business performance and customer service. A flexible and positive attitude to work will be a key requirement of the role.

  • Date entry including carrying out Credit Reference checks
  • Managing Employer queries and issues to completion in regards to their registration
  • Investigate and resolve outstanding Employer and Employee queries where required
  • Management of credit applications
  • Investigate and resolve queries from our client Customer Support team
  • Respond to Transport Operator queries where required
  • Create and design financial and statistical reports using MS Excel
  • Achieve time critical daily deadlines
  • Perform related duties as assigned
  • Participate in the sharing of best practices with other units.
  • Adhere to security procedures and quality systems
  • Complete assigned activities efficiently and to the highest standard
  • Undertake training as and when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong MS Excel and Word skills
  • Proficient with internet and email applications
  • Previous experience of Service Now CRM tool would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as an element of Customer interaction will be required
  • Strong and proven Customer Service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a pressurized environment
  • Excellent time and priority management skills
  • The ability to work on own initiative while remaining team focused at all times
  • Fluent Irish speaker would be an advantage
