Main responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive you’ll be the front line of our customer interaction, ensuring their every need is catered for and every question answered. You will be joining the contact centre at an exciting time, helping to continue our growth and delivering first class customer service.

Customer Service Executive's within Speedy, ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints. You will deal liaise with all part of Speedy to ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded. You also need to develop strong relationships with other parts of the business and use every part of your skill and experience to ensure our customers are happy.

Ideal candidate

To be successful as a Customer Service Executive within Speedy you will need;

  • Great telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational and time management 
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to adapt to new situations
  • Able to work towards target and KPIs
  • A desire to learn and expand product knowledge
