Job Description
You will work collaboratively with your team and Branch Lead to support the efficient delivery of business objectives and the day-to-day branch operations in a compliant manner. You will be the face of the bank and therefore an integral part of its success.
- Supporting customer service operations in the branch on a day-to-day basis.
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone and face-to-face interactions.
- Assisting with sales campaigns, which includes post-sale fulfilment, administration, and follow-up.
- Assisting the Branch Lead and the rest of the territory team in maintaining important customer relationships.
- Assisting in the retention of existing business and actively contribute to the expansion of new business across all customer segmentation profiles in line with agreed branch requirements.
- Performing cash administration duties, promoting, balancing and efficient daily maintenance of ATM.
- Following all policies and procedures that apply to your branch's location and model.
- Continually performing the various responsibilities in the branch according to a rotating plan.
- Reviewing abilities on a regular basis and be flexible and receptive to feedback.
