Ensuring full handover for accounts to assigned cover for Holidays.
Daily monitoring of customer order status/attendance at daily operations meetings.
Responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
Manage a portfolio of customers and related tasks
Monitor and Ensure housekeeping of database/customer information is conducted and maintained regularly.
Assist in the preparation of Trade Shows (weekend work as required- approx. 5 weekends per year).
Any other duties that are required by management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales-support related role. Experience of working in a similar fast-paced environment and liaising with Customers and Sales. Competent user of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook and at least Intermediate level Excel. Excellent communication skills including telephone manner. Strong character with the ability to challenge and influence at various levels within the business. Self starter and driven individual with strong organisational skills, able to work on own initiative. Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines, and manage own workload and assist in management of External and Internal Sales individuals workloads. Customer service, sales or sales administration experience. Knowledge of Import and Export documentation would be a distinct advantage.
