Job Description
This role requires the successful candidate to provide administrative and accounts support to the directors and senior staff members within the company. You will need to be pro-active, highly motivated and organized to complete tasks with high levels of professionalism and within tight deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team are essential attributes for this role.
- Provide support to the Directors and senior staff members
- Work with the accounts department on day to day tasks and follow weekly deadlines
- Work with the teams on site and key players to help maintain legislative requirements within the industry
- Liaise with other key players within the industry to progress developments to completion
- Manage information databases including electronic, hard copy and other office systems
- Assist with the legislative requirements for the company regarding Covid 19
- Provide ongoing progress reports to senior staff and directors
