Job Description

We need someone who is commercially minded and enjoys communicating with non finance employees to bring to life what the figures are telling us. You will provide insight and analysis of the results and performance of the Global business to help improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance.

What will I be doing?

• Delivery of month end reporting including journal posting, reconciliations and variance commentary as well as overseeing the work of junior accountants.
• Annual reporting, producing key insights on results, trends and forecasting
• Owning key stakeholder relationships to build and deliver customer led reporting in line with their requirements
• Leading on the budgeting, planning & forecasting process
• Developing and maintaining key processes, continually looking for efficiencies and added value

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA
• Strong communicator and able to work closely with business stakeholders with financial and non-financial backgrounds
• Experienced with a range of accounting and reporting systems
• Excellent Excel skills and good working knowledge of Power BI
• Experience of working for a global operation will be useful
