Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Actioning end of month management accounts for the individual companies and group.
  • Liaise and manage accounts processes for each existing accounts person in each relevant company.
  • Oversee all Sales & Bought Ledger for each company.
  • Oversee all sales invoicing and purchase invoices.
  • Produce Cash flow forecasts for all companies.
  • Oversee payments to suppliers and credit terms.
  • Liaise with Company Directors with regards to special projects, etc.
  • Liaise with the external Accountancy Auditing Company.
  • Look for ways to streamline systems and improve cost savings.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience:

  • accounting: 3 years (required)
  • Chartered Accountancy qualified.
  • Minimum 3 years Head of Accounts experience.
