Job Description

You will be responsible for the timely & accurate preparation of the monthly management accounts, related reporting and elements of the preparation of budgets and quarterly forecasts. You will also ensure commercial and operational assumptions underpinning new product and activation financials are realistic, and are aligned and owned by key stakeholders. Additional duties will include:

• Developing a strong understanding of the business, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, drive sales, improve margin and reduce costs
• Ad hoc and proactive analysis to influence decisions
• Analyzing and making recommendations for investment which lead to operational efficiencies and drive sales/margin

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

As a newly qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA Accountant (we can consider senior part-qualified), you will ideally be available to commence a new role in early January 2022. The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of key business performance measures and have the ability to develop operational strategies to leverage desirable outcomes. You’ll be flexible and able to work under pressure, keeping to strict deadlines. A willingness to get involved and have a “hands on” approach when necessary is a success factor in this role.
