Job Description
We are looking for someone with previous Administration experience and for someone with solid IT skills who are used to working in a busy environment.
- Assisting the Logistics Supervisor and Logistics Manager
- General warehouse documentation processing & management
- Organizing collections
- Liaising with customer planning team on orders
- Co-ordinate Goods Inwards transport with suppliers and Logistics Manager
- Record all pallet movements
- Updating and maintaining inventory reports
- Maintain communication with Accounts and Customer Planning departments
- Assist customer queries
- Completing any reports that may be required
- Ensuring that all customs and excise paperwork is checked and completed correctly
