Job Description

You'll review, analyze, and interpret the regional and global financials, collaborate with business partners on controls and process improvements, and manage the compliance support. You'll continually looking for ways to help our team get better at what we do, in the most efficient way possible. You'll collaborate with our global team, advocate best practices, and pitch in where needed.

  • Manage monthly regional and global close activities and present month-end results to management.
  • Protect the integrity of our financials through balance sheet reconciliation reviews.
  • Partner with key stakeholders on compensation and benefit plans, ensuring programs are treated appropriately under US GAAP and SOX compliant rules and regulations.
  • Manage Audit Compliance process for EMEA.
  • Establish scalable, efficient, and controllable accounting processes to support compensation and benefit structures.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional qualification: CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Experience in public accounting and/or public, multinational, tech companies.
  • Experience of compensation and benefit accounting under US GAAP.
  • Experience with SAP ERP, analytical tools, and coding with SQL.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with solid business acumen.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
