You will be expected to provide advice and support to our customers both internally and externally. We do have SAT teams based at all of our campuses and you may be asked to work from the other campuses from time to time, this could be to attend training, team meetings or to support other teams. There are also peak times during the academic calendar when taking leave is restricted and additional hours may be required to ensure core tasks are achieved. We are looking for someone that works well within a team and has a wide range of administrative experience. You will also need to have good IT skills including email and MS Office. There will be times when workloads are high and you will be managing competing deadlines and requests. It is therefore essential that you are resilient, flexible and able to approach your work in a calm and professional manner. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will be supported in learning this role and given opportunities to develop your skills and experience.
