Job Description

We are now looking for an enthusiastic Administrator who will be key in supporting the team to succeed by:

  • Providing comprehensive and experienced administration support to the Team to our Safety Partners, utilizing personal judgment to plan ahead, proactively managing and coordinating internal and external commitments to ensure the best balance and utilization of work commitments and to field appropriate enquiries and issues on behalf of the team.
  • Providing a quality administrative service to relevant meetings and groups ensuring that governance processes and administrative standards are adhered to.
  • This role places an equitable demand on your organizational capability and ability to communicate and engage with a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical staff encouraging different ways of working, working collaboratively and getting staff ‘on board’.
  • Previous experience of working (Risk and Incident Management System) would be desirable, however training will be provided.
